After building more than a decade of experience as a successful real estate agent, Diane earned her broker’s license in 2015 and turned her passion for real estate into a thriving business.
Today, she excels in all areas of real estate, specializing in guiding first-time homebuyers through the process, as well as helping families sell and move up to their dream homes. Diane’s newest area of expertise is helping homeowners downsize once their kids have left the nest.
Diane has continued to advance a dream her mother first began in the early 80’s, learning valuable trade insights and developing strong marketing skills to ensure each real estate transaction is conducted in the best interest of her clients.
In addition to serving as a Houston-area real estate agent, Diane is also a successful real estate investor and property manager.

Even as a teenager, Steve was fascinated with real estate. First, while working on rent houses owned by his parents, and later when he began buying and managing his own rental properties.
His lifetime of personal experience is an advantage to homebuyers because he makes it his priority to attend inspections. Not only does Steve know what to look for beyond the common issues that arise on inspection reports, he also has extensive experience with contractors, so he can gauge fair prices for whatever work needs to be done. As an agent for the seller, Steve offers invaluable wisdom on how to get a house ready for market and prepare for a good inspection report, which translates into less negotiating to close the sale. He’s not about to let his buyer or seller get taken advantage of.
The home is an essential part of quality of life and as a fiduciary, Steve takes each client’s best interest seriously. His goals are clear – get buyers into homes that are right for them, and help sellers get the best price for the homes they’re selling.
